Woman's Museum in Hoh Chi Minh City, propaganda posters.


I saw these woodcuts in Vietnam, only rather than actually printing with them they paint onto the different areas that have been cut out or onto the flat areas to strengthen the piece as a painting instead of a print.

Tom Moore @ The Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney




Amazing glass work by Tom Moore, and interesting drawings that at first i was unconvinced by. But the composition of all the work together worked really well. A very colourful exhibition.

Traffic light boxes






I have now found out that you can approach the council if you find a blank one of these traffic light control boxes and ask to illustrate it. I hadn't found a blank one before I left, otherwise I would of painted one! Maybe Ill go back and do one.

Art exhibition in Sydney - Felicity Boath



Whilest in Sydney I had the pleasure of going to a private exhibition of Felicity Boath. She's created an Igloo out of Dictionaries from around the world. It's the book as art, or Book Art as we like to call it!
